As a Director of Product at Clearnomics, you will play a key role in our product development process, driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality platforms, features, and capabilities to our customers. With your deep product experience and ability to think strategically, you will help define a compelling product vision and execute a roadmap that is aligned with company goals. As a collaborative leader, you’ll work closely with our engineering, sales, and research teams on a daily basis.
What you’ll work on:
- Collaborate with company leadership, software engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and manage our product roadmap
- Own and contribute to the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
- Champion and implement software development methodologies, working side-by-side with engineers to deliver products on time and within budget
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather and prioritize feedback, enabling data-driven decision making
We’re looking for candidates with:
- 5+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS product manager, or similar role
- Proven track record of driving company growth through the successful launch and management of new products
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product/software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in industry standard tools including Jira, Figma, and others
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the asset/wealth management industries is a plus but not required
- Engineering or design background is a plus but not required
- 4-year degree in a relevant field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
