As a UI/UX Designer at Clearnomics, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our clients. With your understanding of user-centered design principles and keen attention to detail, you will contribute to the development of meaningful products which are highly valued by our customers. What you’ll work on:
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to bring great ideas to life on the Clearnomics platform
- Leverage and maintain the Clearnomics design system to scalably develop user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines
- Take part in user interviews and usability testing to gather valuable feedback and refine product designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, including color, layout, typography, and interaction
- 2+ years of relevant design work experience
- Proficiency in industry standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of web design concepts and languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, responsive design, templates, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Graphic design experience is a plus
- 4-year degree in a relevant field. A degree in graphic design, industrial design, or a similar field is strongly preferred
